Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my experience with Phils Cars Auction. I've always been a bit skeptical about buying vehicles online, especially 'sight unseen', but I needed a reliable work truck and dealership prices around here are just wild. I kept seeing ads for philscars.com and decided to check out their inventory. They had a solid selection of pickup trucks, and I ended up bidding on a Ford F-150 that looked good in the inspection report. It was listed for around $22,000, which felt like a decent deal compared to what I'd seen elsewhere. Winning the auction was pretty straightforward. Within an hour, a sales agent called me to walk me through the deposit process. I had to put down about 20% of the bid, which felt a little steep at first, but it made sense for securing the vehicle. The agent was super helpful and answered all my questions about the delivery to Oklahoma. They arranged for cross-state transport, and I gotta say, it arrived quicker than I expected, probably about five days from Houston. The delivery guy was professional and helped me check for any immediate damage from transit. The real test was the 10-day inspection period. I took that F-150 straight to my mechanic. We went through it with a fine-tooth comb, comparing everything to the multi-point inspection report Phils Cars provided. Honestly, I was relieved! Everything matched up – no nasty surprises. The truck was exactly as described, maybe even a little better. Getting the title and registration sorted was also pretty smooth, thanks to the paperwork packet they sent. Overall, a positive experience for a first-time auction buyer. Definitely recommend checking out Phils Cars if you're looking for a good deal on a used vehicle.

Glad to hear a positive experience! I've been eyeing a Ford F-150 on philscars.com and was a bit hesitant about buying sight-unseen, even with the 10-day inspection period. Your story makes me feel better about it.

That's awesome you got a good deal on a CR-V! The shipping from Houston to Oklahoma sounds like it went smoothly. How was the communication with your sales agent during the delivery process?

Yeah, the 10-day inspection period is clutch. It's what sets Phils Cars Auction apart from some other places where you just buy and hope for the best. What was the deposit amount like for your CR-V?

I'm always skeptical about online auctions, but the idea of a repossessed car for a good price is tempting. Did the multi-point inspection report accurately reflect the vehicle condition when it arrived?

My buddy got a Honda Civic from philscars.com last year, had it shipped to Louisiana, and he raved about the whole process. Said the agent was super helpful with the title transfer paperwork too.

Getting a crossover for under $15K is a solid deal in this market! I've been looking at Toyota RAV4s on Phils Cars Auction, hoping to snag something similar.

Texas to Oklahoma isn't a short hop! How long did the delivery take from when you won the auction to when it was in your driveway? I'm in New Mexico and curious about cross-state transport times.

I actually had to use the 10-day refund policy once with another auction site because the car was totally different from the description. Good to know Phils Cars stands by theirs. No worries about getting stuck with a lemon.

Did you feel like the agent was pushing you at all, or was it a pretty relaxed process from bid to delivery? I hate that high-pressure dealership vibe.

Compared to typical dealership prices, do you feel like you saved a significant amount on your CR-V? I'm always trying to find a better way to buy vehicles.
